Notification in terms of Leg. Dec. No. 196/2003 (Code concerning the safeguarding of personal information)
In accordance with the provisions of the Law, we hereby advise that: Any personal information that you provide may be recorded and processed in computerised format and used for advertising, despatch of additional promotional materials and business–related information, market research and statistical purposes and, therefore, your authorisation is entirely voluntary and refusing to give such authorisation shall only mean that you will not receive any further business-related or commercial offers.
The interested party shall be entitled to expect the following: confirmation as to whether or not the Company has any of his/her personal details on record, cancellation or retraction of any personal information used in violation of the law, to update and add to the personal details on record and to object, partly or totally to the use of any of his/her personal details.
